What are you doing New Year’s Eve? Our sleepy lakeside community beckons with all of the glittering lights and romance of the holidays, making it an ideal place to stay for New Year’s Eve. Here’s why you should put Lake Chelan on your radar for the upcoming holiday.

Small Town Charm

Did you know that the population of Chelan increases by nearly 5x during the summer months? It’s great for business, but if you’re looking for a more laid back experience then winter is the perfect time to visit. Avoid lines, crowds, and rushes here where locals live on “Chelan time”.

Fireworks Galore

You don’t need to go to the big city to be dazzled by a holiday firework display. The Lake Chelan Valley prides itself on its infamous New Year’s Eve fireworks show. The Grandview has a front row seat to the show, with the fireworks being lit from Don Morse Park in Chelan at 9pm on December 31st!
