Where to Stay
Whether you’d like to cozy up by the fire in a condo close to town, or would like a bigger house with a view, we are sure we’ve got a rental to fit your needs. Our condos at the Grandview and Chelan Resort Suites provide an intimate space to pour a glass of local red wine and snuggle up by the fire. If you’re looking for more space, we highly recommend our Hop, Skip and a Jump rental home. A few blocks from downtown, enjoy your enclosed back yard with plenty of seating and your very own cocktail pool that also functions as a standing hot tub (without jets) in the winter months. Lake Chelan has some incredible restaurants to enjoy an intimate dinner for two. The Winemaker’s Grill at Wapato Point Cellars is a wonderful spot to enjoy a steak cooked to perfection or their infamous chicken piccata, thoughtfully paired with one of their locally crafted wines. Another must-visit is Sorrento’s Ristorante at Tsillan Cellars. Named one of the top 100 Scenic View Restaurants in America by the OpenTable Diners’ Choice Awards, you’ll enjoy dinner with a view and a great glass of wine at Sorrento’s beautiful Tuscan-inspired winery with sweeping views of the Lake Chelan Valley. For a romantic dinner in the heart of downtown Chelan, make a reservation to eat at Andante. An authentic Italian restaurant, choosing only a few items to try off the menu will be a true challenge. They also have an extensive wine list and craft cocktail menu so plan to start the night with a happy hour drink!

Part of Washington’s Playground, Lake Chelan has plenty to do to keep you busy. If wine tasting is your thing, we have over 40 wineries for you to explore. If you enjoy winter sports, take a drive up to Echo Valley to snowshoe, downhill, or cross country ski. The views of the Cascade Mountains and Lake Chelan are breathtaking from up there. For a more low-key activity, we think it is especially romantic to grab a coffee at The Vogue, and stroll through the streets of Historic Downtown Chelan, stopping in to check out the local shops.
