MEET THE TEAM
Keith Wells
In addition to being a practicing real estate attorney, Keith has been a licensed agent with Windermere since 2004. In 2013, Keith became the owner of both the Windermere office in Woodinville and in Lake Chelan. He now splits time between the Woodinville office and the Chelan office. His experience from both the legal and the real estate sales perspectives combine for a unique skillset which benefits both the agents he manages and the clients he serves. Keith and his wife Katie have three sons, Carter, Logan and Marshall with one on the way. Most of their free time is devoted to their children but they still maintain an active, outdoor-based lifestyle.
Lynn Nelson
A 34 year resident of the valley, Lynn came to Chelan following her graduation from Washington State University in 1983 and has been an active and engaged member of the community since her arrival. Professionally, Lynn worked as an educator in the Lake Chelan School system, has been a small business owner and cherry orchardist, an adult trainer and marketer for IBQ(Internet Brokerage Quoting) Systems, and most recently held the position of Sales and Marketing Manager for My Chelan Vacation for 5 years. In this capacity she worked directly with owners in helping them set their investment properties up for success, evaluating strengths and weaknesses, to ensure profitability. Lynn is passionate about the area and loves sharing her love of the valley with vacationers. Lynn and her husband Paul have 2 adult children. Spending time with family, hiking local trails, traveling, cooking for a crowd and working with college bound students are a few of her favorite ways to spend her free time.
Julia Gueller
Julia grew up in Southern California and graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Serving the public became not just a way of paying for college but a career of sorts working in many restaurants in So. California, Seattle and Chelan beginning in 1992, when she and her former husband decided to make Chelan their home and start a family. The past 10-12 years have been more specifically spent working in the Vacation rental industry here in the Chelan valley, becoming increasing proficient at the many different aspects of the industry. Lake Chelan is a beautiful destination to both live and visit, and in our line of work we have the privilege of being able to help guests create their own memories. Besides being a full-time parent to three teenagers (best job ever!) Julia enjoys paddle boarding, hiking, running and a good historical novel.
Josh Collins
Raised in Lake Chelan, Josh Collins’ capitalizes on a wealth of history, education and real life experience. Guided by the work ethic modeled by his dad and Windermere Midtown Broker Joe Collins, Josh brings his own brand of perseverance, people savvy and hard work. Representing the fourth generation of a Lake Chelan family, Josh has worked in the family orchards, built houses from foundation to finish and worked in the service industry along with earning a degree in Information Technology (IT). With two brokers for parents, he appreciates that real estate is truly “in the blood” and that helping clients evaluate options and find the right property is incredibly personally rewarding. Josh brings a wealth of people skills and resources to the table when researching all manner of transactions, ranging from high-end homes to land and commercial properties. His dedication and responsiveness in combination with his tech savvy and easy-going style guarantees an efficient and effective exploration of the Lake Chelan real estate market.
