If you haven’t visited our Pool Bar yet, consider this your sign! Our pool bar is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, serving up cool drinks, good food, and lots of great memories. It’s open to the public, but guests of the Grandview reap the ultimate benefits of having an onsite bar just steps away from your unit!
At the Grandview Pool Bar, you’ll feel like royalty as you delight in drinks and dishes served to you, lakeside. Get tanned and tipsy by the pool or grab brunch with your clan on a lazy Sunday morning. Sip away the day as you bask in the glorious sun and lake views without ever having to leave the resort.
Signature Cocktails
You can’t go wrong with a mimosa or a Bloody Mary, but we suggest trying one of our signature cocktails while you’re here. Try our take on a classic summer drink with the Grandview Mojito, made with Deep Eddy lime vodka and mint simple syrup. Or try the appropriately named Hot Girl Summer, made with Deep Eddy orange-flavored vodka and sparkling water. The Spicy Peach Cocktail nails the sweet-spicy combo and is even topped with a candy peach ring. We know, we go above and beyond over here. These are just a few of our favorites but all our signature cocktails are winners in our book!
And if you just can’t get enough, the Peachy Keen, Grandview Mule, and Chelan Navel cocktails can all be upgraded to a bucket size, so you don’t have to go back for seconds… at least, not right away! We’d recommend sharing with friends, but let’s be real. It’s all for you.
Slushies
Not feeling a cocktail? Try one of our homemade slushies for a welcomed change of pace. Choose from flavors like a strawberry Pinot Grigio, a refreshing Rosé, or a spiked pina colada. They’re icy, boozy, and so, so good.
The strawberry and pina colada flavors can also be made non-alcoholic so all ages and designated drivers can enjoy!
Food
As if the legendary drinks weren’t enough to convince you, we also offer epic food choices to chow down on. For a brunch-inspired meal, check out the Chicken and Waffle, pretzel-breaded chicken on a Belgian sugar waffle with a spicy honey drizzle on top.
If you’re looking for poolside snack vibes for the whole crew, we recommend a family-size round of Totchos – tater tots topped with cheese, spicy ranch dressing, and bacon. That’s right, we went there. For something on the lighter side, opt for a pepperoni or cheese flatbread.

Sweet Treats
Does all this sun get you in the mood for a cold treat? The Pool Bar offers generous portions of vanilla and chocolate soft serve ice cream. For our more indecisive friends, get a swirl of both flavors!
For something adventurous, try a Ruby Jewel ice cream sandwich, made right here in the Pacific Northwest. Unique flavors like lemon lavender, salted caramel, and s’mores will blow you away. We wouldn’t judge you if you came back for seconds!
